Black Sea Energy Research Centre
The Black Sea Energy Research Centre is an association of energy experts, established in 2007 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The organization builds upon the resources and achievements of the Black Sea Regional Energy Centre, founded in 1995 by the EC and the countries of the Black Sea Region.
BSERC is active in the field of energy policy, with the main focus on energy efficiency and renewable energy policy.
During the last couple of years, our organization had close collaboration with Ms. Svetlana Adamek in the field of promotion of Energy Performance Contracting (EnPC) in Bulgaria. We had in-depth discussions on both the Bulgarian EnPC legal framework and the development of EnPC tender documents. Additionally we collaborated within several events, in which she was among the main presenters.
Ms. Adamek demonstrated excellent knowledge in all EnPC-related aspects and exceptional ability to communicate with a large variety of public and private stakeholders.
